Are you a Renter looking for Knoxville rental property or homes in the Knoxville and surrounding areas? Whether you want to rent an apartment, a condo or a house, by visiting Wallace & Wallace, you are well on your way to finding a home to fit your needs. And, many of our homes are pet friendly with an additional pet deposit.

Search our website as often as you like – we add new properties every day! Homes are available in Knoxville, Corryton, Maryville, Louisville, Rockford, Lenoir City, Farragut, Oak Ridge and other areas. Once you see any rental home that sounds as if it will fit your needs, please call our office to ask any additional questions and/or schedule a showing. After you see the home, you will have an opportunity to submit an application. The application process generally takes between 3-5 business days.

Our homes are usually rented with a 12-month lease term. However, if you need a shorter term, please just ask. Often we can adjust the term to a 6 or 9-month lease.
