Residential Lease Only

Wallace & Wallace, Inc. will market, show and accept applications on your property. After completing a credit check, background check, income verification, employment verification and rental verification, we will contact you, the Owner, to secure your approval of the tenant. Once we generate the Lease and associated documents, we will complete the paperwork with the tenant and turn the management over to the Owner.
