After your approval of an acceptable application, Wallace & Wallace, Inc. will continue to manage the property through the term of the lease. Our services include collecting rent, maintaining financial records, providing a monthly statement to the Owner, handling tenant calls and questions, handling maintenance concerns, etc. We manage the property as if it is our own.
